The Registrar
Christine Bernard

The Registrar is your point of contact with the Tribunal outside of the hearing room. The Registrar can address any questions you have about the Tribunal, the Rules of Procedure, or the hearing. Any questions or requests you have for the Tribunal panel before the hearing day should be presented to the Registrar who will forward them to the Tribunal panel.
The role of the Registrar includes:
1. Administering all proceedings before the Tribunal. The Registrar receives materials filed by the parties, distributes them to the Tribunal panel members, sets hearing dates and performs other administrative functions.
2. Assisting parties and their lawyers, and in particular, self-represented parties to understand Tribunal procedures so as to facilitate due process.
3. Reviewing all documents filed by the parties, in particular to ensure they comply with privacy legislation.
4. Providing support to the Tribunal members on issues of law, policy and procedure related to Tribunal proceedings.
