Evidence on a motion is typically presented in the form of an Affidavit (Form 10).  In certain circumstances as set out in rule 9.6 of the Rules of Procedure, the Tribunal may permit witnesses to testify at the hearing of a motion.

If you want to provide evidence in support of a motion you have filed or want to provide evidence to oppose a motion filed by another party, prepare and file an Affidavit (Form 10) setting out the evidence in support of your request.

For more information, please consult the Guide to Preparing Your Affidavit  and rule 9.6.
